Team Founder's Office
Location Bangalore
Role Type Internship
Focus GTM + Fundraising
This Is Not a Typical Internship

You won't spend your internship watching other people work.

You'll work close to the founder on real company priorities. One day you might research a new market. The next, you may build a prospect list, test an outbound campaign, analyze competitors, prepare an investor brief or help launch a new offer.

01

Figure It Out

Take ambiguous business problems, research them and turn them into clear next actions.

02

Execute

Don't stop at presentations. Launch the outreach, campaign, experiment or workflow.

03

Learn Fast

Measure what happened, understand why and improve the next iteration.

What You'll Work On

The whole GTM engine—not one tiny function.

The Generalist Mindset

We're looking for someone who can learn almost anything.

High Agency Research Curiosity Communication Business Thinking GTM Sales Growth AI Tools Writing Data Analysis Problem Solving Ownership Speed Coachability Attention to Detail
Who Should Apply?

This role is for unusually curious builders.

You want to understand how an entire company grows—not just one department.
You can research something you know nothing about and quickly understand the basics.
You don't need step-by-step instructions for every task.
You enjoy solving open-ended problems.
You are comfortable talking to customers, founders and professionals.
You can write clearly and concisely.
You use AI tools to increase your speed without blindly trusting their output.
You are comfortable with spreadsheets, research and numbers.
You are willing to test ideas rather than endlessly debate them.
You want startup exposure much broader than a normal internship.
Who Shouldn't Apply?

This internship will not suit everyone.

You need every task broken into detailed instructions before starting.
You only want work related to one narrow specialization.
You enjoy making presentations more than executing what they recommend.
You routinely need reminders to complete follow-ups.
You are uncomfortable with changing priorities in an early-stage environment.
You mainly want an internship certificate rather than responsibility.
Practical Audition

Show us how you think and execute.

Generalist Challenge

Take a Sitefy offer from zero to a GTM plan.

We'll give you a hypothetical Sitefy product or service and ask you to work through the problem like a founder's-office generalist.

  • Define the likely ICP.
  • Identify the buyer and their core problem.
  • Research 10 target companies.
  • Choose the first 2–3 GTM channels you'd test.
  • Write one cold outreach message.
  • Suggest one landing-page positioning angle.
  • Define the first GTM experiment.
  • Define what you'd measure after 7 days.
  • Identify five relevant strategic partners.
  • Identify five potentially relevant investors and explain why.
Interview

Expect questions about how you think—not just your resume.

What do you want to become professionally over the next 2–3 years?
What are you unusually good at?
What are you currently not good at?
Tell us about something difficult you figured out without being taught.
Tell us about something you started from zero and completed.
What's one project where you produced a measurable outcome?
Tell us about a time you failed. What changed afterward?
How would you learn an industry you know nothing about in 24 hours?
How would you find the first 100 potential customers for a new B2B product?
Why do you want to work in a founder's-office/generalist role?
Selection Process

We hire for ability, agency and learning speed.

Step 01
Application

Tell us what you've built, sold, researched or taken ownership of—even if it wasn't part of a formal job.

Step 02
15-Minute Screen

We'll understand your goals, communication, curiosity and reasons for wanting the role.

Step 03
Generalist Challenge

Complete a practical GTM, research and fundraising exercise based on a realistic Sitefy problem.

Step 04
Founder Interview

Walk through your thinking, previous outcomes, failures, ambitions and how you approach ambiguous problems.

Step 05
Selection

If there's a strong mutual fit, we'll align on expectations, ownership and joining.
